Doing great!

I will be coming home sometime this evening! whoo whoo.

They are placing me on bed rest for the next 2 weeks :(... they want me to be at 36 weeks and if Ruby decides she is still not ready they will determine whether I will be back to work or not. Her head has dropped and I am dilating so as anxious as she seems to be I am hoping she can hold on for another 2 weeks or even month :). I feel like I have so much more to do before she gets here!
All in all it has been an awesome adventure for us staying in the 4 Seasons...or something like that. But really it has been great for me, they have been feeding me (even hot cocoa at 3 am!-no not a pregnancy craving, just a better option then tea), brought me towels and changed my sheets. Poor Brian on the other hand, he just gets to watch me eat my food and sleeping on a little coffin, or so he likes to call it. He has been a trooper through this, even when I tell him he can go and come back, he insists on staying and keeping me company. (and I am secretly grateful for it) I love him so much!

Thanks for all your love!

Glad to hear that you are going to get to go home! Did they by chance do a fetal fibronectan test? this will tell them if the baby plans on coming in the next 7 days...just an idea. Bed rest won't be too bad because you can sit in bed and watch reruns all day without even feeling the least bit guilty. I must have watched friends a million times. One of my favorite things that I did while on bedrest was to write a letter to the twins each day via my computer it is kinda neat to go back and read those. Anyhow, I say you get your mom to come stay with you for 8 weeks or so...then you'll be totally spoiled and she'll take care of you and the baby! Glad things are going well, and glad that your husband is being so great and supportive. Keep us posted. PS if you want to while on bedrest, address all of your baby birth announcement envelopes because once she makes her debut time will escape you...

Oh my goodness Linds, I'm glad everything is ok. I got a little worried when I saw a picture of you in a hospital bed! But bed rest shouldn't be too bad (sometimes I wish that I could just be on bed rest and chill!) I guess baby just wants to come out and meet you two really bad!

What the heck? We leave town for a few days and lost all contact with the family. I am just hearing about this for the first time on your blog...I wish I knew, I would have called to chat and help pass the time.

Glad you and Ruby are doing well. She must have a mind of her own, just like her mama!

Tell Pike to suck it up with the hospital sleeping arrangements...he's had worse...sleeping with Caden!

Love you guys!

You look good for even being in a hospital. You really know how to sport that hospital gown! I am glad you are doing well. Hopefully Ruby is waiting to party with the Pikes. I know we can be fun, but we can wait. Keep us updated. Love you both.
